I made this over the weekend with Dill bread and it was absolutely delicious!
1 bag frozen cheese tortellini
1 bag fresh spinach
1 block cream cheese
1 box (32oz) vegetable stock
2 cans Italian style diced tomatoes
Chunk up the cream cheese and throw all ingredients in the slow cooker on low for 5-6 hours. Stir occasionally to mix up cream cheese as its melting.
