I tried one from campbell's kitchen.
You take 1 lb hamburger that you've browned and add to 2 cups cooked noodles. Add 1 can of tomato soup, 1/4 cup water, 1 teasppon of soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Everyone really liked it. Dh had 3 helpings.
No, but I did get a recipe for Irish meatloaf that I want to try. Obviously I will have to scale down, as this is for a 7lb meatloaf, lol.
Irish Meatloaf with Cabbage Cream Sauce
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix together the ground beef, lamb, white pudding, Cheddar, Montreal seasoning, granulated onion, pepper, basil, curry, oregano, salt, eggs and onions until well mixed. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Shape into a log.
On a baking sheet, put some large cabbage leaves down for the meatloaf to cook on. Place some celery sticks on top of the meatloaf (to keep the aluminum foil off of the top of the meatloaf), cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake to let it crisp up, about 15 minutes.
Slice and serve with the Cabbage Cream Sauce on the side.
Heat a medium pot and add the oil. Brown the garlic, and then add the cabbage and saute until translucent. Deglaze the pot with the sherry, and then simmer until reduced by about half. Add the heavy cream and reduce by half again. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fold in the butter and serve hot.
I did, I made a blt pasta salad today, I made ranch dressing and mixed it with bow-tie pasta, bacon pieces, and diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and green onions. It was pretty good. I took it to a cook out and it was a big hit.

I used garlic parmesan olive oil, a splash of balsamic vinegar, fresh chopped garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and brown sugar. It was really good! Just had the leftovers (chicken and grilled veggies) for lunch!

Pepperoni Pasta Bake
1/2 to 3/4 lb. rotini pasta
1 12-oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Your favorite spaghetti sauce
4 to 6 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta, and spread it evenly in the bottom of an oven-safe casserole dish. Arrange pepperoni slices and drained mushrooms on top of pasta. Pour spaghetti sauce on top. Top generously with cheese. Bake for 17 to 22 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

I ate kielbasa soup but I didnt personally make it.....it was part of my freezer meal swap. DH really liked it. I made cornbread with it.
