2 links of polska kielbasa I use all bef, you can use turkey instead
1 18oz bottle of honey bbq sweet and tangy flavor
1 green bell pepper
1 medium onion

slice kielbasa and cook in large skillet to brown
pour half the bottle of BBQ sauce in the slowcooker and set to warm, then slice bell pepper and onion add to slowcooker.
Once kielbasa is slightly browned then drain and place in slowcooker, add remainder of BBQ sauc and mix till all is covered with the BBQ sauce.
Cover and turn on high, cook for at least 3 hours or till peppers are tender not mushy.
Serve as a side, on a nice bulky roll, or on rice for a dinner.
Made this last night it is always a hit!!!
