Good Tofu Recipes for People who HATE Tofu

I've got vegetarian friends coming over for dinner.  I'm making a variety of roasted vegetables, but we have some tofu that's been sitting in the fridge for a week that I'd like to use.  My housemate wants to bread it and serve with garlic sauce.  I can do a curry with it, but we just had curry.  Any other ideas out there.  I don't really like tofu much so I usually have to disguise it pretty well.  It's either that or hide in my closet and eat a leftover chicken pesto sausage....LOL

I can do a really good curry, and just use tofu instead of cod like I usually do, but I was hoping for some kcik-ass uses for tofu.  This isn't improving my opinion of the stuff.  LOL

I say hide in your closet and eat the chicken sausage!  lol.  Just kidding.  Sorry, I've never had tofu so I have no idea.

At last someone who might appreciate my cucumber soup recipe ... soo good!

2 large cucumbers (peeled & seeded then pureed)
1 can unsweetened coconut milk
1 pkt Sunbird TSO seasoning
1 Tofu

Combine cucumber, milk, & seasoning. Blend in tofu to give it some extra body.

Ooohhh thanks.  This sounds really good!  What's TSO seasoning?  Never heard of it.

Thanks, I'll look through these.  My housemate ended up frying it with Panko breading and putting a jar of sauce on it.  It wasn't too bad.  Nothing I'd go out of my way to eat again, though.

I have not used tofu either....here are some links with tips:
