Quick 'N' Cheesy Sloppy Joe Mix

Recipe
Serves 6

1 pound of Ground Beef (great with chicken, turkey or pork as well)
3/4 cup Ketchup
2 Tbs Yellow Mustard
1 Tbs Brown Sugar
Salt
Pepper
1/4 cup Shredded Cheese

Season your meat with a little salt and pepper, then brown it off in your skillet.

Drain your meat of excess fat, return the meat to the skillet and turn the heat down to low.

Add in your ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Mix together.

Add in your cheese and mix together.

Serve on some buns, bread, tortillas or whatever you would like!

Enjoy!

It adds just the right amount of tang to balance the sweetness.

Ketchup/BBQ sause is good too.

This is a great recipe for when you are low on ingredients and time.

Making your own is WAY better than canned, I agree! It's just as easy to make your own!

i make something similar to this, but I add bbq sauce..  and rather than the shredded cheese, I just add a slice to the top..VERY yummy that way.
