I was checking the pantry and everything that I saw might work but wouldn't taste the same. Think that I'll try the original recipe first. (The might work stuff was buttermilk ... for milk, cheddar cheese soup ... for milk, egg dip for milk - I have such a hard time coating stuff!) I do have some Panko crumbs but I think that they would sog.

They definitely want me to make it again.
My picky eater even ate TWO pieces of chicken! Thank you!!!!!
