I just put whatever I would cook low and slow in it such and have even done a small turkey breast in it.  I do turkey chili, chicken soup, chicken and rice, pulled pork, etc!  Set it and forget it truly!  LOVE IT!

Lasayna in the crock pot is also really good and I make it alot better in there then I do in the oven  lol just follow same steps as you would do if you were oven cooking it

Same with chili !

Crock pot Hawaiian Chicken

This is super easy and tastes great:

White chicken chili:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 cans great northern beans
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 can diced green chilis
1 packet of taco seasoning.

Dump it all in crock pot and stir. Cook on low 8 hours. Remove chicken breasts, shred, and stir back into crock pot.

I love the Fix It and Forget It cookbook. It's spiral bound and has every recipe I could possibly imagine wanting. I did some research and learned I didn't have to worry so much about leaving it on when I wasn't home, so I really love crock pot meal days.
