Need a recipe. Only have butter, parsley flakes, and bread crumbs.

I've always used an egg to keep it together.

It was a fail. They fell all apart.

That's too bad. Did they still taste good though? or was it just a mess?

Yes they did taste good though. Some fell apart In the pan and some stayed together.

It's best if you have an egg, but you can use a little flour to help them hold together, otherwise you'd be better off baking them in a muffin pan.

I did put flour in them. I was thinking about baking them but I had already had it out and trying to search a good recipe wasn't working out well.

 Oh I'm sorry some of them fell apart.  I am no pro on salmon patties, sorry. 
I do like them but I'm the only one in the family that does.  My dad came for a visit and he did some made from mackeral and I really liked those.
