Here's a site that has 25 crock pot soups.  Hopefully one of them will appeal to you tastebuds ;)
A broccoli cheese soup would be really easy.

Chicken Corn Chili

4 Skinless Boneless chicken breasts

2 cans enchilada sauce

1tsp garlic powder

1tsp ground cumin

1tsp chili powder

S/P to taste

1 (11oz) can corn or frozen corn

1 (15oz) can black beans (rinsed and drained)

1 pkg taco seasoning

Place chicken and enchilada sauce in slow cooker.  Season with garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, S/P. Cook 6-8hours on low.  About 3-4 hours before you want to eat, shred chicken with two forks. Return meat to slow cooker and continue cooking.  Next, stir in corn and black beans. Simmer until ready.  Stir in taco seasoning. Add chicken broth if soup gets too thick.

This is great with fritos on top and some cheese and sour cream.
