Okay so I saw a similar post like this but what about a meatless 3 ingredient recipe.  We are not complete plant-based but trying to trim down our comsumption of meat-based foods.  Thanks

Are you asking for a meat-free recipe meaning that you can use beef, chicken, or fish stock etc.  And you do not say that you are backing off meat for healthier options or simply to save money.

Actually we watched a documentary called Eating and it prompted us to want a healthier diet.  I didn't think about the stock though.  We aren't totally meat free just want to limit it to 3 or 4 times a month.

One of our favorite meals is meatless taco salad.  Baked Taco baskets, lettuce/tomatoes, beans, shredded cheese, sour cream, & salad dressing.  Hot sauce is optional.  It's more than three ingredients, I know.  You can serve with hash browns & Mango Smoothies.

We do lentils with taco seasoning and then add whatever we want--- tacos, or bowls with sour cream, avacodo a, etc
