Cans of:

Broth, veggie, diced meat generous portions. Thicken broth with flour and milk to make gravy. (shake together or whisk 3 T flour into @1/2 C cold milk, pour slowly into gently simmering broth, stir @2-3 minutes till thickened). Put veggies and meat in shallow casserole dish or pie plate. Season to taste. Pour gravy over. Cover with tater tots. Bake in hot oven @375*.

I just put @ of pound of ground turkey (cooked and seasoned)
1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Bag of frozen veggies (or two cans of veggies)
mix all above together, put into pie pan
then top with mashed potatoes or Tater Tots
cook on 350 degrees for @ 35 mins.

Canned Food Shepherd's Pie

1 can green beans (drained)
1 can roast beef (or canned corned beef or canned Castleberry's complete sloppy joe)
1 pkg instant potatoes (any flavor)

Note:  You can make a chicken shepherd's pie ... just use 1 can mixed vegetables, 1 can chicken, 1 pkg instant potatoes.

You can also make a Shepherd's pie using canned vegetable beef soup topped with potatoes.
