- Fix in your mind EXACTLY what you want to achieve
- Establish a definite date when you intend to achieve your goal
- Create a definite plan and begin at once, whether you are ready or not to put this plan into action
- Write out a clear concise statement of: the definite desire (goal), time limit, what you will give in return, the plan through which you intend to accumulate it
- Read the statement out loud twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening
- Post your goals in a visible place – mirror, refrigerator, office
