I got one as well, I also filled it out, I was just as confused about it as you ladies but I still filled it out just in case. I appreciate receiving the first gift card, to receive a second....that would be doubly awesome!

I got one too and sent them a message and they said the second one was a mistake :(  It's good for those who didn't fill theirs out the first time though. 

At least we got a first one, right?
