I was so excited when I got the gift card. But I waited to spend it yesterday. I was really looking forward to spending it even though I had to drive some ways. I got to the closest Kmart and guess what I saw...... OUT OF BUSINESS SIGN!!
They were going out of business. So I had some slim picking so to speak. They were even selling the fixtures. This was the last weekend the Kmart was open.
But I did get a few things for christmas and some make up that was needed.

then 3 books, a plain note book, Loreal double extend mascara, Revlon Colorstay concealer, Covergirl Wetslicks lip gloss, Loreal HiP eyeshadow, revlon Colorstay foundation, and shoes for my youngest. My total was $55 dollars for everything. I just wish there was more Kmarts closer to me that is not so far away and were not closing :( I am really wanting to do a christmas layaway for a few big items but since there are no Kmarts close to me I might have to bite the bullet and go to Toys R Us for their big layaway program. :(
10 yrs ago Super Walmart came into my tiny town and chased all the local resources including our local Walmart away. Now that they dont have layaway like Kmart does people are driving the 2+hrs every other week to save money. Its sad people are actually car-pooling to go make thier payments. I live in a small factory/farming community.

there is a website I cant remember the name (gift card exchange of something like that) and you can trade your gift cards in for different ones or for cash! I heard about it last year. it's for all those people who get gift cars for gifts and don't ever use them because it's to a store they don't live near or don't ever shop at! lol

Cool information. I always get some crazy gift cards sometimes that I would never use. lol
I used this one to the best that I could. I am going to have to drive farther next time. The next Kmart is like a hour away. lol
