Inexpensive MP3 Player?

My oldest is turning 9 on Dec 7 and he wants his very own MP3 player. I don't want to spend over $20 because I have already bought him a video game that he wanted as well. I am willing to go up to $30. Any help will be appreciated!

Just about every store has 20 dollar ones! Do you have an FYE near you? They have had them for 10 bucks the past couple of weeks. The cheaper ones usually only hold about 75-100 songs but really ..how many songs does a 9 year old need? My 9 year old has one of the $10 ones from FYE and she loves it :)

I have found them at Walmart, Target and Toys R Us.  They weren't I-pods or the New Sony Walkmans but they were small MP3 players great for a kids first.

Thanks Ladies, for some reason my Wal-Mart doesn't stock any of the lower priced ones. Nothing under $40. I will look and see if there is an FYE between me and Atlanta. Thanks again.

I personally love the SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player. I have the 4GB but they have a 1GB (holds up to 500 songs) that is cheaper & just as "cool" looking LOL. I know kids these days always want what looks "cool". CompUSA is having a sale on their 1GB versionmaking it $18.99 instead of $39.99 -
