I am just curious.... About how much do you plan to spend on your teens this year for Christmas???? My DH and I thought $150/kid would be ok?? Like the other mom said, our kids have a nice house, lots of food and a lot of clothes. I plan on buying stocking stuffers like electric toothbruhes, nail polish, toothpaste, deoderant, etc. Does this sound ok, or are we being cheap? BTW, we have 3 teens, 2 DS and one DD + other family and friends.

We spend about $30 per child. I have 2 kids and my husband has 4. So we really have to stretch it . lol. Gotta make them happy somehow.
When I shop I also shop for my DD's birthday which is in January. I'm a Black Friday Fan! lol....last year I spent 300.00 and got about everyone on my list checked off. And of that maybe 100.00 for her (it included a DvD player) but, she's more into drawing and learning to write this year, so I'll be looking at crafty/art things. My son is easy at 16M he's all boy and into cars, trucks and tractors! lol....My husband's job looks like it's ending next week, no new contracts, so we will see how it all plays out.
Happy Shopping! 8>)
We will likely spend between $350-400 per child. It may sound a lot but that total sometimes includes sheets or comforters for their beds, pj's or a housecoat, clothes, and of course toys/electronics. My kids are 15, 12 and 7 so they are asking for a variety of things.
