Do you put candy canes on your tree?

Do you put candy canes on your tree?  If so, what kind do you use?  When do you put them on?

We put candy canes on our tree.  When I was growing up, Santa always put the candy canes on the tree, so that's how I do it for my kids, too!  We use traditional red and white peppermint candy canes, but also the multi-colored cherry flavored ones, too.

 Yepper!  We put em on when we are decorating the tree.  We each pick out a box at the store, usually the multi color ones, blue ones and whatever else they are in the mood for LOL

i do and i put them on many times during christmas. my kids and dh loves candy canes so when they are watching tv someone is constantly taking them. i hang different flavors

Yes of course!! This year so far I have just gotten 2 boxes of Peppermint....We will see when they put out ALL the different ones and people eat these we may get more!

Growing up we did the traditional ones, I stopped doing it years back but then added them again last year. We got the flavored ones. Green and white or multi-colored.

Yes, we use candy canes.  My kids ask for them every year and they are all teenagers now.

my dad does. but that's b/c all kind of kids come thru their house and he offers them to the kids. he's been doing it since we were kids. i'm thinking of doing the same thing.

We don't usually but Santa putting them on is a really cute idea! I personally don't like candy canes but I am sure my daughter would get a kick out of Santa leaving them there. She is allllll about Santa these days ha ha.
