I started decorating for Christmas today. I have the yard stuff out. We don't have much, just a blow up Santa, candy canes, a nativity, and we added lights around the banister, and as soon as I get flood lights, I'll add them to the door front. Oh and I'm exchanging our blown plastic Santa for a snowman tomorrow.
Has anyone else started decorating?

I have the tree up, the wreath on the door and still need to put lights on your patio. We are in a condo, so there isn't much more than the lights that we can do to the outside. I have to rebuild my Christmas decor because through all my moves I have lost some of it...
We did our front porch last weekend and then i put up our in some of our stuff in the house last night but i still have some to put after turkey day as my kids would call it
i totally want to decorate right now, but everything is in storage...i want to get it out on Friday...hopefully dh will do that!

I have snowmen ready to place around, but am so afraid it will jinx our wonderful weather.
Most of the decorating will wait until the week after Thanksgiving this year.
When I came home tonight I did notice more houses nearby with lights on already. Lots of blue LED lights this year.
I have a day of cleaning planned for tomorrow, and then I'm getting everything out!!!! I work in retail, so from Black Friday forward, I won't have much time at all!! =P
I think I need to buy new lights, though. It seems like I need to do that every year.

hubster and i are both chomping at the bit to start! SO jealous! LOL! i would love love love love love to get the awesome yard decorations you see everywhere, but they havent made their way into the budget...we are still just excited to have a fireplace to hang stockings from this year =)

We have our tree up (not decorated) but can't keep the darn cat out of it. After all the decorations are on it that is just really going to entice her to want to play in the tree. LOL Other than that we don't have many decorations so normally it is just a tree for us.
