I have to keep an eye on both...
yes, 21 month old baby loves to play with dogs...any size. she's kinda rough though so i'm teaching her to be more gentle and respectful. she does everything w/ the dog...cuddle, play rough, chase him, eat his food (gross and we're trying to break the habit), she tries to walk him and she fights w/ him when he's to close to her toys.
Yes my 14 mo DD loves to play with our pets we have a cat (age unknown) She loves to be a lil rough tho. she pulls her hair but rocks her at the same time so i dont think she doing it to be mean. she hugs a lil to tight. we also have a puppy 4 mo old she doesnt do much with her tho

He sure does. They are with my mom and my inlaws right now but they play all the time when we are there. My chihuahua and pug are great with my two year old.
This is an old pic but even as a baby they had to be next to one another. My chihuahua would run up to Brodie to make sure he was okay if he cried.

My son plays with our cats all the time.
Puppy and him have been great friends since a few months after his birth.. (Took Puppy cat awhile to get used to not getting all the attention lol)
This is the first picture I have of them napping together.
He was about 4 months. :)
