QUICK AND EASY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIE

1/4 cup confectiners sugar

3 oz cream cheese

(Blend in mixer until smooth and creamy)

Add...

1 cup crunchy peanut butter

1/2 cup Nutella

(Mix)

Add...

5 oz Evaporated Milk

3 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

(Mix until smooth)

Add...

8 oz Cool Whip (or Store Brand) thawed

(Mix together and pour into Crust (recipe seen below) refridgerate 4 hours)


Crust Recipe:

1 lb (1 pckg) Nutter Butters

1 stick unsalted butter, melted

1 egg white

(Crush Nutter Butters in food processor until crumbs)

(Mix with melted butter and egg white, pack into a pie dish and bake 10 minutes at 350*)


I topped the pie with hazelnuts and chocolate covered peanuts before I put it in the fridge. Mine isn't finished in there, I'm having to tomorrow, BUT IT TASTES DELICIOUS SO FAR

oh em gee that looks good!  Nutella, nutter butters, cream cheese.....how could you go wrong? 

Why didn't you post this before I went to the store to get my pie ingredients for Thanksgiving today?

hahaha im sorry, i got called into work ALL DAY. just finished my pie at 10. I do a lot of baking, especially scratch, I'm thinking this will turn out excellent. Try it for Christmas?
