We haven't been to see it. The previews look good but wanted to know if it was really worth paying to see.
I took my boys (6 & 8) and we all loved it! It is kind of intense at times (a little bit scary, maybe) but that just makes it better. My youngest was a little scared a couple times, but not the kind of scared that will give you nightmares, lol. He just said he was a little spooked by the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. The 3-D is awesome! My boys were giggling trying to catch the snowflakes. It's my new favorite Christmas movie! I think it was well worth what we paid to see it.
Oh man! I think it's one of the best Jim has ever played in movie wise. It's very good sticks to the story line, very well.
Definitely worth it!
Quoting cutebaby06:I wouldn't mind seeing if I had the money or if my daughter was a little older, she's only 3 y/o not sure if she would sit still at a theater. It does look like a good movie.
My 3 year old sat through the last harry potter for the most part, she did wiggle a bit but shes very rambunctious, and it wasnt as exciting as some of the others, and she fell asleep towards the end, but shes into movies a lot like the rest of us. Our middle dd sat through Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, the last Pirates of the carribean, and the first Night at the museum. She was 3 and 4. A good time to take them to the theater is the matinee, to get an idea if they will sit through a movie or not. At least then its not as crowded, and its most likely to be other parents with their kiddos anyway. Another option: the drive in.

I wish we had a drive in here. That would be cool.!
