A Little Peeved at Kmart

Of course I missed out on the bike for $24.99 this morning,Drove to several Kmart's trying to find it. Then decided to call around before driving there. All I got out of that will be a huge cell phone bill, Every store I called said they would transfer my call back to sporting goods, once they did that,Sporting Goods never answered. I sat on hold running up my bill and NEVER got an answer anywhere. Not good customer service if you ask me.

When I received my $50 GC I purchased a digital camera for my son for $30 before tax. Today (Black Friday) it's $19.99 so I asked could they give me the difference back with the receipt. They said I had to bring the camera back and re-purchase it..That's just crazy!! So I had to drive all the way back home, get the camera head back to the store. Return the camera, get my money back and then Re-buy the camera again at the sale price. Just an uncalled for inconvenience.

I'm posting this because when I was asked to be an influencer they wanted to know the good and/or the bad.

These are things that Kmart should work on.

On an up note I did get todays special route 66 Jeans for my son for $8.99 (Can't beat that)

the diff between $19.99 & $30 is only $10. i wouldn't have wasted the gas to go back & forth & wasted the time doing it. with gas being so high & my family being so far away from everything, i'd spend that in gas anyway. but i would try to find some other good deals to justify going all the way up there in the first place.

$10 is about 4 gallons of milk..that justifies it to me!

The $10.00 in her pocket is a lot better then in the stores! I would have done it. And have in the past!
