SOOO how does everyone feel about kmart NOW?

I am curious how you mommas feel NOW about Kmart after this $10/$20 coupon debacle of thiers. The lies have become frustrating to the extrreme. I had printed this coupon RIGHT OFF THIER WEBSITE. but now they claim it wasnt there, that its FRAUDULANT etc. where i live they have gone so far as to put up signs claiming its fraudulant. HOW CAN IT BE? why dont they just say sorry we cant accept it. we made a MISTAKE in the wording?

I am super discouraged to the point of considering NOT bothering with doubles.

Kmart always gives customers hassles over print out coupons. I understand that there is a lot of coupon fraud but they need to be on top of things better.  I had a coupon from a free 2 litre bottle of Dr. Pepper that was during their free bottle promotion. They didn't want to honor it until my husband and I said look this is part of their national promotion. We got it in the mail. Pulled out my envelope to show it was mailed to me that way. Cashier was all snooty but she honored the coupon.

I have a decent Kmart location but even so. this whole thing with this coupon they had on THIER site has very much ticked me off. I have heard some horror stories online about people's MOTHERS, like 80 year old women being threatened with the police!  and for kmart to LIE and say the coupon was FRAUD?!! they produced it for crying out loud!

My understanding on this after talking to my husband is that the coupon was only available for certain stores and someone (not affilitated with Kmart) sent it out or posted the link online for the coupon and those whose stores were not participating in it printed it out. 

I've worked for Kmart and they are pretty good (at least the stores I worked for) at making things right when it comes to their own errors.  I know there are some stores, just like with any other retailer that ruin it for others and give their store a bad name. 

I will still shop Kmart over other stores any day.  It's just a shame that something like this had to happen.
