I do yoga, walk my dogs and when I have a chance, I like to run on the treadmill. Yoga is by far my favorite though!

I love the Wii Fit Plus. I also walk with my DD twice a day. I also like to dance with DD during the day.
this may sound funny, but I remember to do my crunches in the morning or at night.
i don't! but i really need to start so i can lose this extra weight i gained from being pregnant. I plan on taking my daughter for strolls around town. I hope that helps!
When I am on the wagon, I use my elliptical, ab lounger and bow flex. Sometimes I will do the Tae-bo video or Leslie Sansone dvd's
I am following random exersize videos on youtube, lol. It's free and easy!
We have a membership to a workout facility/class, but haven't been in months.
I can def tell, b/c it would kill me to start again at the level the instructor holds

NEAT at work, I try and walk with my baby in the stroller and with my dog, seated bicyel while watching television and lift my children like curls and shoulder lifts
havent been able to because of knee injury . but since that is better need to start the stationary bike again .
