How much are you looking to spend on each?

Maybe make a small stocking for them. This is what I am doing for DD Sunday School class friends. They are 2 but we are putting 2 hot wheels , a box of crayons, and some snacks.

Small Lego sets, Bionical set, hand held Simon's electronical game (do they still make those)? Small magic kits? Glow in the dark Yo-Yos

If you have a Dollar Tree near you, maybe you could do stockings with several small things in them. Stuffed animals for the really little one(s).
