Wonderful Water

Drink water! Most of the time we aren't hungry but thirsty. Drink just plain water before a meal and during a meal. You will be less hungry, get the water you need, save money and lose weight.

i drink around 4-5 bottles a day

same here,I usually drink gatorade cause soda feels me up too much. Water is too simple. I need to drink more more more water! ah. :)

You'll eat way less! If I drink a glass of water before a meal, I eat about 1/3 less then I normally would. I also drink LOTS of water at night to fight off the urge to snack.

I agree! Every time I see one of these wight loss bars that require you to drink water with it I think, "Hmm it's the water that is filling you up not the bar." Such a scam! Water is amazing, staying properly hydrated can really make a world of difference in how you feel!
