ive been working out it is been a challenge because i was trying everyday to do at least 25 minutes whether it was the dvd, walking, or gym. well i almost gave up having discomfort in my chest and my whole body having aches. but got check out everythings normal feeling good. it's probably all the muscles not used to the 30 day shred workout! lol
Today started walking again 30 min. then dvd workout 25 min. Did anyone start working out again? Well don't stop if you feel ache or sick keep going! good luck and thanks for reading!
