ive been working out it is been a challenge because i was trying everyday to do at least 25 minutes whether it was the dvd, walking, or gym. well i almost gave up having discomfort in my chest and my whole body having aches. but got check out everythings normal feeling good. it's probably all the muscles not used to the 30 day shred workout! lol

Today started walking again 30 min. then dvd workout 25 min. Did anyone start working out again? Well don't stop if you feel ache or sick keep going! good luck and thanks for reading!

I've been trying, its finally get nice here so we plan on starting to take the kids out for walks! hoping to loss some weight!

Congrats for sticking with! I've only worked out good for 5 days and got sick so I stopped. I am horrible at sticking with stuff.

I just recently did- I underwent some medical issues earlier this year which put a halt on exercise. But I got back into it. I run, so it's been a little difficult since my stamina and speed have gone WAY down the last 3 months, but I'm sure it will improve soon.

I am 14 weeks preggo.  I try to do the eliptical about 3x a week.  I just started back as I was really sick

Keep with it. It will get easier. This time last year when I first started working out I could barely do a mile without being outta breath. One year later and 30lbs lighter, I now average 6-10 miles a day. I never realized how out of shape I was. I wont go back to that.
