This new facebook fad of "planking"???? I just saw it the other day and wondered if I was the last to know? and if anyone else has tried it?

 don't have facebook so clueless about anything that goes on there.  but why in the world would you want to do something like that?  doesn't look like too much fun to me!

I have heard of planking.. its a thrill, risk taker you know.. some actually have fallen to their deaths

Well I guess the point is to try and "one up" people on the weirdest or hardest places to "plank"

ha ha at first I thought it was pretty dumb.... but honestly my competitive side came out and it makes me want to try it! lol

Have you tried it? And yes I read about that one guy falling off his balcony!

Well, I've always known what planking is in regards to excercise....similar body position, but holding your hands down straight, like push-up style. But not pushing up, just holding. It's total muscle control. So this is just an extension of that I guess.
