Do you add an egg to your mashed potates?

 I learned about the egg thing ...on CM actually lol.

If you put an egg in while you are mashing your potatoes, it makes them fuller and fluffier..there for making more servings :)

that sounds so icky. But of course we like eggs with hashbrowns so who knows could be good.

 honest ladies, the egg absorbs into the mashed potatoes..and you dont even notice its there!

Umm like a raw egg? No, never done it or heard of it. IfI want my potatoes to go further then I make more.

I only do if I'm baking them, say on a Shepard's Pie because the egg makes them brown.

we do this all the time :) and with the heat of the potatoes the egg cooks your not eating a raw egg :) ill even add it to my shepards pie mash to make them brown up in the oven better

I've heard of that, but  I've never tried it.
