I don't know about you, but now that the Christmas decorations are down certain aspects of my house just look kind of drab. I could use a little refresh. Much as I would love new furniture (or, let's face it, a whole new house!) that's not in the budget. Luckily, some of the biggest fixes, like a coat of fresh paint on the walls or a new comforter on the bed, are fairly affordable.
This week, they are especially affordable at Kmart. Essential Home Bed Sets are $29.99, any size, and stylish Urban Living sets start at $39.99. Furniture like bed tables and accents are also on clearance, and rugs are on sale too (handy for a nice splash of color and when putting your tootsies on a cold floor in the morning).
If it's your bath that needs sprucing up, Essential Home towels are on sale for $2.75 each. My towels take a beating with frequent washing and bleaching, so having new ones would really make our bathroom look much more civilized.

Bed sets are weakness. I love buying new sheets and blankets.
I also like new bedding..However I do need new towels, noticed that at the laundromat the other day...I too would like a different house, one with MORE cupboards...
