Like it or not she changed the face of music and inspired generations. She broke racial barriers and became an icon. Rip Whitney.

No clue. I am no longer shocked by any celeb's death after the other year when so many of them died in that year, now I'm just like oh well another one gone type of attitude. I haven't heard from or about Whitney in so long that I have no clue how she was doing with her life. I am not one to keep up with celebs so unless they are in the news or spotlight or someone I really enjoy (ones I enjoy usually are not in the headlines for troubles) then I have no clue. Don't have time to keep up on it all & I don't do twitter so lol yeah if it's on cafemom, in the mainstream news, or on cafemom or all over facebook then I know otherwise I'm clueless!
I was shocked to hear it last night. Wasn't expecting it, but then again wasn't thinking about how she was living her life either. It's a shame to be for sure. I was afraid for her, when she was spotted on so many drugs a few years back too. Just crazy. I do feel so bad for her daughter.
