I'm making oven baked chicken with oven home fries and green beans!

We are doing easy stuff tonight. The kids want frozen pizza and I am having a hotpocket. The damn roast didn't thaw, so we'll have that tomorrow.

It was okay...the dough was homemade. I would not want that type all the time. LOL

We ended up having fried rice, corn on the cob and a big salad.  For dessert we are going to be having fresh pineapple.

We had pork chops, tomatoes, green beans and corn with a sauce on top of white seasoned rice.
