I have been fighting with their customer service for over a week because my mom prime membership did not extend with my last purchase (horray for swagbucks and free shiping). My account started in April, I even still have the original welcome email. After fighting for a week, They now said I created my account Feb 18th 2011 and reached my 1 year limit! I have proof its not true, Looking my my past invoices I never made a single purchase until June 25th so it would have ended anyway. They only continue to lie to me :/ So I filed with the BBB. I don't really know what I want or why I am so beat red with anger over it. But I am super beyond pissed they keep lying to me, and someone has gone into their system and changed my account. Thats altering a contract! That can't be legal :( I need to get out more, this has me way to aggrevated.
At least I never ever ever delete a single email I ever get or send so I have proof, lol. Since they are BBB accredited hopefully they will have to do something about it. I kinda what whoever changed my contract fired since thats totally not cool. But since I have no idea who that is, and I am sure they will say they don't as well it will never happen. Man this has taken way to much time away from my kids as I argue with them on the phone and through their chat.
ok, *breathe*....... off to play thomas the train
The newest rep is now saying he will not forward it to managment like he said he would. He personally decided I am past the year and thats that.
I have the freaking welcome letter proving I am not! But they respond only by email addresses you can not write back to and refuse to let me forward it on to them.
This is so beyond frustrating!
That sounds frustrating. I have used Amazon for many years and have never had an issue. I hope it all works out for you.
Wow....Iwas under theunderstanding thatmy amazon dollarsnever expire. I have been shopping with them for almost a year now and have never had a problem. Now I'm wondering....
