Do any of you participate in one of the popular exercise & diet routines (zumba, P90X, turbo fire, etc...)?  What do you think of it?

I just started the brazillian butt lift. But I changed my diet a while ago to a cleaner way of eating. So far I love the work out and I have added to the running and such that I was doing before.

I don't do one program in particular just eat well and do a variety of workouts.

No. I need to get off my ars and do something though! I eat well but my metabolism recently crashed and burned. Lol

I have 30 day shred. i need to get back into it, but when i was consistant it worked REALLY well for me

I am on weight watchers and was a member of the gym but switched to Curves just this last week and love it! It is easier for me to go there because it is on my way home from taking my kids to school. I can do my workout in less than an hour and feel like I have accomplished something. They also have free pilates and free zumba classes. The zumba class is fun. We switch out either working on machines or doing zumba for a minute then switch back.

No, i do yoga and pilaites at home, my son tries to do it with me.

Um I eat gluten free mostly vegan diet and I'm gonna start the couch to 5k program.
