Deviled Eggs

6 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp. vinegar (optional)
1/8 tsp. salt 
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Paprika
Parsley, chopped

Shell hard boiled eggs and cut in half. Remove yolks and mash; add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Heap into whites and sprinkle with paprika or chopped parsley.

Garlic Deviled Eggs Add 1 clove garlic, pressed to deviled eggs.

I mix my yolks with mayo, mustard, relish, ketchup, a bit of salt and pepper. Finally I add the finishing touch by sprinkling paprika...sometimes I will even add a sliced green olive on top :)

I try different ways..my favorite is similar to yours.

I use mayo pickle relish and mustard. 

I hate them so I don't even know how they taste. LOL
