Smarter Savings: Sandra Lee Collection on Sale

If you're a fan of Food Network hostess Sandra Lee, star of "Semi-Homemade Cooking" and "Sandra's Money Saving Meals" (and who isn't, for so many reasons?), you'll want to head to KMart this week and check out the new Sandra by Sandra Lee dinnerware and serveware collection. It's all on sale this week.

These dip cups are pretty ingenious...they clip to the side of a plate and keep, say, onion dip from getting in your fruit salad, as happens at a potluck dinner sometimes. She's also got some super-cute measuring cups that could be used to keep already-chopped ingredients at the ready, or even serve sauces on the side at the table (they're much nicer than the utiliarian plastic ones I've had for years). There are also really cute flour-sack kitchen towels, aprons, dinnerware, and so much more.

If you're in the market for cooking gear, Sandra Lee is known for her use of the slow-cooker, and she's got her own version on sale this week for $39.99 (regularly $49.99). It's programmable, portable and had a lid rest for easy serving. She also has a five-piece hard-anodized cookware set for $59.99, usually $79.99.

Are you a fan of Sandra Lee?

I tolerate Sandra Lee.  There are times she just drives me batty with her cocktails and table scapes.  LOL

But I wouldn't mind getting some of her stuff.
