i SOOOO do want to do the "lose 6pounds in 2weeks" challange.
so.... today i made scramble eggs & peas & whole wheat english toast. (i think its english toast?)
but i must start eating healthy & after i eat this breakfast, im gonna walk a few blocks. (maybe 4times around the block or 6times).
I thought the special K thing was that nasty cereal they sell... lol. It's some pretty gross stuff, lol. It becomes soggy in seconds and has no flavor at all, lol.

Some tips, don't drink your calories. Stick to water. Artificial sweeteners are worse for you, than real sugar.
Eat small frequent meals through the day.
Pineapple is actually a GREAT helper in digestion!
