Do go to bed thru the week and weekend ? Here lately I have been going to bed a 8:30 - 9:0clock. It was 10 oclock but I can't make it now.

Typically between 10-10:30. However the last several nights I have been staying up way to late reading books!

I go to bed around 10 usually(I need to go to bed earlier) and get up at 5:45

9:30 or 10:00 weekdays and on the weekend 11:00
