What appliances do you have in your kitchen that you can't live without? I'm not talking about dishwashers and ovens and stuff, I'm thinking more about the smaller appliances... For me it would be my food processor. I love how small I can chop stuff with such little effort.

No, we just moved and I don't have anything for my kitchen yet. Can't wait til I can get my stuff from Colorado! But what I miss the most is my blender. I hate the dollar general one I'm using right now!

The only kitchen appliance that we own that doesn't fall in the oven/refrigerator/etc. category (though we don't have a dishwasher) is the egg beater and the blender, and we could probably live without them, though they save a lot of whisking and stirring.

The little blender thing. I make smoothies, shakes, dressings, grind up spices. Everything in it.
