and some kid just rang the doorbell wanting to know if my son can come outside and play..

Really??!! My dd is in bed we just read 5 books together and now she is calming down with her veggie tale cd..

My son is finishing his snack and getting ready for his books and then bedtime..

I know my kids are 9 and 10 but geeze tomorrow is schoolnight..

What would you have done?? Let your kids outside and play or not

I totally wouldn't have let my kids outside at that time and my kids are 12 and 13.   We have a rule that they have to be in before dark because my DH and I sees no good in kids that roam the streets after dark.
