My mom just asked me why I am not mad at my hubby for going golfing with his mom. I said I am not his mother and it is her mothers day as well I am fine. I am enjoying being with my kids. My dd and I are writing a book so we will work on that when she is done with her Popsicle. I don't see a reason for me to be mad

I don't see a reason for you to be mad either. If your mom was so worried about it, she should have tried to find a way to spend time with you. My MIL came and seen us for about 5 mins. Spent most of the time asking if we had pictures of another son of hers... Then she left..

I agree. Altho I'd be a little miffed, he bought me clubs for xmas (2 ago) and still hasn't gotten me to the course! But not because its mothers day

 My husband spent night with his mother on Mother's Day.  I think that is fine.
