Stay inside in the AC. Only thing that remotely helps my asthma.

AC and outside in the Pool! The Heat and I don't have a very good relationship.

I'm the opposite of that. I can always throw more layers on in the Cold. In the Heat, there's only so much you can take off before people start staring!
In all seriousness though, the Heat affects my MS much more than the Cold.
