We don't get them at the beginning of the school year.  We get clothes when they need them.

Very little, only a few new outfits. those are because grandma buys them. I buy clothes as needed for my kids.

My kids are in uniforms. It's easier in the long run but expensive each year. I spend about $200 per kid every summer and still have to buy regular clothes :(

 not really anything.  i don't buy new clothes before school starts.  i buy clothes when my children need them.  the only new clothes they get before school starts is what they get for their b-days (both have august birthdays)

 Same here and my kids almost never get new cloths, we are thrifters!!

We do too. I don't have a budget either. We buy what they need. It varies each season.
