I make my own refried beans because we are canned food free. This recipe is also gluten & dairy free. And vegeterian if you want!
1 pack of the flat corn tostados
1 bag of black beans or 2 cans
Red cayenne pepper seasoning
Cook beans in the crockpot. If using canned throw them in the blender and whip them up. Put in pot with chili powder, salt, and cayenne pepper seasoning. Heat.
Put in tostado shells. Add salsa. You can put lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and whatever else you want to add on! It was so yummy and took no time at all.
