I don't do this, but I actually recently had two meals that I froze because I had a lot of extra. It felt good to know the left overs weren't going to just sit in my fridge only to get tossed out. It was penne lasagna and pulled chicken.

I do many things. Lasagna is a big one. Also chicken noodle soup, less the noodles. I freeze it and when I go to use it, I boil the noodles in the actual soup.

I do too, along with waffles. I also do eggies (scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, green pepper, sausage, onions etc baked in a muffin pan)
