4tsp instant coffee
1/2c hot water
2c heavy cream
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4tsp almond extract
1/2c toasted chopped almonds (optional)
1. in a large bowl dissolve instant coffee in the hot water; cool.
2. add cream, sweetened condensed milk & almond extract. beat with mixer 7 minutes or until light & fluffy. (mixture should mound but not hold peaks) fold in nuts if desired
3. spoon mixture into a 8-inch square baking pan or 9x5 loaf pan. cover with foil. freeze 4 hours or until firm.
