 I want to have a mall scavenger hunt birthday party for my soon to be 12yr.

but i just called our mall here and the lady said "IF" we get caught they will ask us to leave ugh.. but i will not be putting anything on the list that will be disrespectful or anything crazy...

Would u still do it????

hmm i probably wouldnt personally just because our only mall close is still an hour away and if they decided to say we couldnt come back for a set time then we wouldnt have another any closer then a 3 hr drive, just look at all your options and if you can find something just as cool that's not against the rules somewhere else i probably would do that instead, especially since your 12 year old would probably see it as (well it's ok to break the rules long as we don't get caught since mom did it) or use that as an excuse if they did get caught doing something later lol good luck with your decision either way =D

I imagine they just don't want a bunch of kids running willy nilly through the mall.  You know how excited kids get, especially when they want to be the first one done.  You could do it in your neighborhood.

sounds like fun, if you could get the proper permission..If you do it without proper permission and get thrown out, all you teaching your daughter and her friends is to do things they are not supposed to and try to not get caught.see how well that works out for you when she turns 13,14,15,....( coming from a mom who has a 17yr & 12 (who thinks shes 17 yrs old) daughters)

 I would not do it if the mall did not give  permission.
