My gazelle is sitting in the garage. I have all these workout tapes/dvd's I should do..I just get sick when I work out so I don't..Bad me..I have lost weight by diet alone, but try not to think about the weight I'd lose if it was coupled with exercise..But I AM OFF OF PEPSI (for me that's AWESOME I'd drink 2 huge guzzlers daily)..I make my own sweet tea though..I control the sugar or lack thereof..

I do zumba but haven't in a couple of months do to dh's work schedule, I want to go back so bad!!
I like to switch it up, so I don't have a "go to". I use free weights, sometimes I use my Hoist machine, sometimes I use the treadmill, sometimes I do Kettlenetics, other times I put on some boxing gloves and work the heavy bag, I do yoga with my son, sometimes I do Pilates.....
I like to exercise on my Wii Fit Balance Board.

i don't, but i really need to start. i wish i had a treadmill...used to use that most at the gym
