I don't have to trick my kids into eating their veggies, but if you do, this may help...
1 bag Frozen peaches or other light colored fruit (any fruit will work, I just like for mine to look green when it's finished)
2 handfuls FRESH spinach (or kale, collard, romaine, etc)
I add agave nectar to taste or orange juice to sweeten (optional)
~blend all, adding water or orange juice if too thick to pour.
Pour into Popsicle molds or Dixie cups. Insert stick when it just starts to firm up.
Enjoy when completely frozen!!
My kids love these and I love that they are not getting refined sugars and artificial colors and such.
