 We're going to have kabobs that have steak, chicken, peppers, pineapple, carrots and potatoes. Served on a bed of rice.

Pork roast..Then I'll drain it and add bbq sauce to it..

Tonight will be a play on cream of chicken but I'm going to stew up turkey tails instead. SO loves turkey tails and I love that they pack so much flavor. I will probably serve it on brown rice.

Are turkey tails exactly what I think? My dad used to call that part parson's nose...

I don't know what you think it is but a turkey tail is indeed the tail of the turkey. LOL What is a parson's nose? Is that the tail of a turkey too?
